A company is looking for a Technical Solutions Analyst III to provide customer support using new and emerging technologies.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as a final escalation point for complex client issues and drive positive customer experience
Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for technical solutions, maintaining relationships with internal and external customers
Create and maintain knowledge base articles and assist in the implementation of customer programs
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Information Technology, or related field
Six or more years of relevant industry experience in data-driven applications and relational databases
Experience with database technologies such as Oracle, SQL Server, and Postgres
Knowledge of web programming, including Java and XML
Experience in handling customer escalations in stressful situations
