A company is looking for a Senior Legal Associate (Remote, NAMER).
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure contracts comply with legal, finance, and risk management requirements
Review, negotiate, and draft various commercial agreements
Provide legal advice on corporate matters and data privacy
Qualifications:
Minimum 7 years of legal experience, with 2 years in a SaaS company
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree and active member of at least one state bar
Experience with data privacy laws, including GDPR and CCPA/CPRA
Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
Availability to support end-of-quarter business requirements
