A company is looking for a Lead Product Designer to define and evolve the digital experience for users in the healthcare ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the development of user experience frameworks and vision across digital platforms
Create design deliverables including journey maps, wireframes, and prototypes
Advocate for user experience and maintain a standard design system for future development
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or a minimum of four years of experience in lieu of a degree
7+ years of experience as a product designer or related role, preferably in the healthcare industry
Expertise in UX and product design, including proficiency in Figma or similar tools
Experience in leveraging qualitative and quantitative research methods for design decisions
Proven ability to balance short-term solutions with long-term vision achievement
