A company is looking for a Lead Product Designer to define and evolve the digital experience for users in the health care ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the development of user experience frameworks and visions across digital platforms
Create design deliverables such as journey maps, wireframes, and prototypes
Advocate for user experience and maintain a high standard of design quality
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields or a minimum of four years of experience in lieu of a degree
7+ years of experience as a product designer, preferably in the health care industry
Expertise in UX and product design, including advanced capabilities in Figma or similar tools
Experience in leveraging qualitative and quantitative research methods for design decisions
Demonstrated ability to balance near-term demands with long-term vision achievement
