Module 2

Now that we have set the base and the tone for change management, let’s get deeper. This module kicks-off with unique strategies and tips on how to go about change management.

We’ll cover stakeholder analysis, devising the right metrics and goals to set the theme in compliance with the change. Did you know there are many types of change? Don’t worry, you’ll also learn how to create the right change implementation plan.
