A company is looking for an Accommodation Specialist to assist employees with job accommodation requests related to disabilities.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact for employees requesting job accommodations
Assess and triage accommodation requests, providing guidance and developing suggestions for approval
Consult with employers on accommodation options and participate in status meetings
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Bachelor’s degree in business, science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
Two to four years of experience in disability accommodation, absence management, or related areas
Preferred certifications include PHR, CPDM, or ADA certification
Proven experience in providing support and guidance related to accommodations
