Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a Lean transformation strategy aligned with company vision and goals
Build and mentor a high-performing Lean Transformation team
Implement Lean methodologies and promote a culture of Continuous Improvement through cross-functional collaboration
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in a related field; Advanced Degree preferred
10+ years of management and leadership experience, including 2+ years in a senior Lean transformation role
Proven expertise in deploying Lean tools and methodologies
Demonstrated proficiency in Engineering, Supply Chain, Change Management, and Finance
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
