Key Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle recruitment for various departments including engineering, product, sales, and marketing
Collaborate with hiring managers to create compelling job descriptions and understand job requirements
Source and engage qualified candidates through multiple channels while ensuring a positive candidate experience
Required Qualifications
3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a high-growth tech or SaaS environment
Experience hiring for both technical and non-technical roles
Strong sourcing skills with familiarity in platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter
Experience with ATS platforms
Willingness to support hiring teams across different time zones as needed
