A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative-Remote (Healthcare).
Key Responsibilities
Provide inbound customer support using a call flow guide
Assist customers with healthcare needs such as benefits, claims, and billing inquiries
Track, document, and retrieve information in databases
Required Qualifications
2+ years of call center experience
Experience in a healthcare-related field or benefits/insurance organization preferred
A high school diploma or GED
Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge
Must reside in the United States and have a valid U.S. address for residence
