Remote Cash Posting Representative

A company is looking for a Remote Claims Cash Posting Rep.
Key Responsibilities
Investigates and addresses over-payments and underpayments to ensure appropriate reimbursement
Utilizes LEAN methodology for efficiency improvements and performs refunds, adjustments, and write-offs as needed
Researches and resolves unapplied cash and misapplied payment requests while verifying electronic fund transfers
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED) or equivalent experience
Basic bookkeeping principles and knowledge of consumer collection and billing rules
Experience with cash posting and payment processing
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint
Epic experience preferred
