Key Responsibilities
Create, post, and manage job requisitions on various platforms
Proactively source and evaluate candidates for current openings
Act as a liaison between candidates and hiring managers throughout the interview process
Required Qualifications
Associates Degree required, Bachelor’s preferred
0-4 years of recruiting/human resources/talent acquisition experience
Proficiency in database management and record keeping
Ability to maintain confidentiality in human resources work
Excellent computer skills
