A company is looking for a Professional Services Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
Collect customer requirements and create technical specifications
Configure the platform to meet customer requirements
Support QA, client UAT, and launch processes
Required Qualifications
1+ years of experience managing and retaining clients using software
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with interest in technology
Exposure to web technologies like JavaScript, XML, HTML, and CSS
Understanding of common security concepts and standards
Ability to work independently on low to medium complexity assignments
