Key Responsibilities
Build and mentor a high-performing sales team to drive revenue growth
Manage sales representatives through a channel sales process focusing on KPIs and activities
Provide data-based updates to leadership regarding team performance and quota attainment
Required Qualifications
5+ years of relevant sales experience with a proven track record of success
3+ years of experience in a sales management role, preferably in SaaS
Experience in hiring, training, and coaching a sales team
Familiarity with Salesforce and other sales technologies
Proven ability to create scalable processes for a growing sales team
