In Marketplace Management we work behind the scenes to make sure that new offers keep turning up on our online marketplaces. Each team focuses on one area. In the Sales team, the tasks revolve around acquiring new sellers to sell on our online marketplaces on a national and international level.
- You are significantly responsible for building the breadth and depth of the marketplace’s assortment by actively recruiting Polish sellers
- You are the first point of contact for Polish retailers and help them to fully exploit their potential on the marketplace
- You are responsible for the constant monitoring and analysis of the competition in order to identify potential partners
- You convert ideas of our sellers into new features and work closely together with the interdisciplinary project team
- You present our marketplace at e-commerce trade fairs on site
- You are an expert in the local e-commerce market and you have a strong business network
- You have at least 2 years of professional experience in B2B sales in the e-commerce sector
- You can inspire other people and convince them quickly with your communication skills
- You are characterized by your proactive attitude and strong team spirit
- You have a creative mindset and your analytical & conceptual strength always bring you forward
- You have excellent English and Polish language skills and ideally you also have good German language skills
