Location & Remote Work
This is a remote position. We continue to have an office in São Paulo and employees can visit up to twice a week, optionally. In addition, we have partnerships with coworking spaces throughout Brazil that are also available up to twice a week.

About the opportunity:
This opportunity is to be part of QuintoAndar’s Total Rewards team, working in the Global Mobility and Global Benefits area of the QuintoAndar Group, supporting in conducting international movement processes, renewing global benefits, implementing wellness programs, analyzing health data and interfacing with various international internal and external stakeholders. If you have a dynamic, organized, creative profile and want to face challenges in a fast-growing environment, this opportunity is for you.Â
As part of the team, you will be responsible for and have the autonomy to:
- Together with the team, design/update, analyze and implement our Global Mobility and Global Benefits strategy;
- Accompany international movement processes and assist in conducting and creating global mobility programs, by understanding and mapping regulatory issues in the home/host countries (immigration, labor, tax, social security) that may impact on employee mobility;
- Use your creativity to propose innovative solutions and actions so that Global Mobility and Benefits are tools for attracting and retaining talents;
- Conduct frequent contact with various stakeholders (internal and external) and global suppliers of Global Mobility and Benefits;
- Review, negotiate and implement global benefits suppliers, including health, dental and life plans/insurance;Â
- Support the team in creating, implementing and updating corporate wellness programs;
- Through benchmarking and data analysis, design, suggest, implement and improve our international policies (on Benefits and Global Mobility).
Requirements
Please only apply if you have:
- +3 years’ experience with Global Mobility;
- Solid experience in implementing processes, policies and projects from scratch, ensuring alignment between stakeholders (People, Finance, PD, Legal etc);
- Experience in negotiating and implementing benefits (especially health, dental and life) and implementing corporate wellness programs;
- Excellent verbal and written communication in Portuguese and English (advanced);
- Experience in working with multicultural teams;
- Ability to solve complex problems in a short space of time;
- Sense of responsibility, strong work ethic, integrity, organizational skills and creativity.
Desirable:
- Intermediate Spanish;
- Experience in fast-paced environments (preferably startups) and being a focal point for various international stakeholders
