Job Description

As the Associate Director of RMO, Business Intelligence, you will design, implement, and improve processes to refine and enhance the RMO, Client Delivery Operations efforts. You will collaborate with the RMO lead to understand current processes, identify gaps, and propose opportunities for improvement.

You will document existing RMO processes, design optimized workflows, and develop process mappings when needed. Additionally, you will work with the RMO team and the Dentsu product team to provide solutions that enhance productivity and efficiency. You may also support ad-hoc projects focused on data or automation within the RMO organization.

You will conduct training sessions, provide support process owners in implementing automated processes.

This is a remote position reporting to Director, RMO, Client Delivery Operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Understand the data landscape and complete reporting tasks according to deadlines.
  • Establish Service level agreements, ensuring best practices are maintained.
  • Develop solutions to enhance team processes, workflows, and overall efficiency.
  • Document requirements and collaborate with the Product team on projects and application enhancements, ensuring timelines are met.
  • Lead multiple high-priority projects, ensuring delivery and adapting to the dynamic needs of multiple portfolio companies.
  • Seek opportunities to improve processes, improving quality and efficiency across the organization.
  • Partner with key stakeholders to support strategic decision-making and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Craft clear communications tailored to diverse stakeholders.
  • Build relationships with all partners to lead project success and process improvement.
  • Translate business processes into technical requirements, mapping and documenting complex processes.
  • Identify opportunities for optimization and progress, ensuring process changes meet stakeholder expectations.
  • Process and transform large volumes of data to support our needs.
  • Develop and present reports, visualizations, and strategic recommendations to key stakeholders.
Qualifications
  • 5 years of experience in a relevant role.
  • Deliver development projects in technical environments
  • Lead project success.
  • Demonstrated experience working in Agile methodology environments, utilizing Scrum frameworks to facilitate efficient project delivery.
  • Work with a diverse range of personalities and work styles..
  • Experience with continuous improvement and making a positive impact.
  • Commitment to learning and solving challenges creatively.
Additional Information

The anticipated salary range for this position is $78,000 – $126,500. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors including relevant experience, knowledge, skills and other factors permitted by law.
