A company is looking for an Infrastructure Lead.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the team in improving reliability, security, scalability, and performance of the infrastructure
Set technical strategy and drive decisions to achieve it
Collaborate with other teams, foster a culture of feedback and growth, and allocate time for code review, coding, planning, and mentoring
Required Qualifications:
7+ years of software engineering experience, managing cloud-deployed software, and operating relational databases
3+ years of experience as a manager or technical lead of an infrastructure team
Security mindset, ability to consider future needs, technical debt, and maintenance tradeoffs
Experience in refactoring application code to leverage infrastructure efficiently
Ability to level up team members by sharing knowledge and experience
