A company is looking for an HR Contact Center Representative II.
Key Responsibilities

Responds to inquiries from employees, retirees, and family members regarding HR and payroll issues
Documents interactions and resolves cases in a professional and timely manner
Coaches users on HR and Payroll self-service technology and escalates complex cases as needed

Required Qualifications

High School diploma required; Bachelor’s degree or professional certification preferred
1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a human resources contact center
Basic knowledge of Human Resources Practices and Services
Flexibility to work within hours of operation and willingness to work overtime
Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality
