A company is looking for an Engineering Lead for the AI Excellence Group.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor teams of ML Engineers and Software Engineers in building scalable AI systems
Drive technical strategy for AI model development, deployment, and monitoring
Foster collaboration between ML Engineers and Software Engineers to enhance team performance
Required Qualifications
5+ years of engineering management experience, with 2+ years in production ML/AI systems
Deep understanding of ML/AI concepts and software engineering best practices
Experience managing diverse technical teams, including ML Engineers and Software Engineers
Familiarity with modern AI architectures, including LLMs and recommendation systems
Track record of collaborating with product teams to deliver AI capabilities
