A company is looking for a Director, Telesales Training Programs to lead and develop sales training initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement a cohesive sales training strategy for new agent onboarding and ongoing development
Lead a team of curriculum and training delivery professionals, providing guidance and support
Monitor and measure training effectiveness against tactical KPIs and coordinate resource planning
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree
8+ years of high-volume, job-specific training and development experience
2+ years of virtual/e-learning training and content delivery experience
5+ years of Medicare experience preferred
Experience with e-learning platforms and digital training tools
