Key Responsibilities:
Plan, lead, organize, and motivate agile teams for project delivery
Collaborate with engineering and management teams to ensure project scope and quality
Coordinate sprint demos and write reports to demonstrate team value
Required Qualifications:
3-5 years of experience in technically minded companies
Data-driven project and delivery management experience with engineering teams
Experience in an Agile/Kanban mixed environment
Client-facing sales and presentation experience
Bachelor’s Degree
