A company is looking for a Deliverability Consultant to guide clients in achieving email sending success through data interpretation and actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities
Advocate for clients and assist with onboarding and program implementation
Collaborate with internal teams to meet client needs and manage project timelines
Develop best practices and stay informed on industry trends impacting clients
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in a deliverability-related role
Familiarity with MTA service providers (e.g., Mailgun, SendGrid)
Understanding of email authentication protocols (SPF, DKIM, DMARC, BIMI)
Experience with client onboarding and ramp plans
Proficiency in G Suite tools (Google Drive, Sheets, Docs, Slides)
