A company is looking for a Customer Success Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities:
Supporting client success team in driving retention and upselling Tier-1 Enterprise Accounts
Handling day-to-day account management, including survey programming, report pulling, and client communication
Collaborating with internal teams to launch surveys, create marketing materials, and drive account expansion
Required Qualifications:
1-2 years experience in customer-facing roles
Background in survey design, programming, and data analysis
Proficiency in excel and data synthesis
Ability to create impactful presentations with attention to detail
Interest in consumer insights, brand strategy, and becoming a platform expert
