A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative – Remote in CST.
Key Responsibilities
Answer incoming phone calls and identify the type of assistance needed
Resolve issues on the first call by navigating complex computer systems
Research complex issues and collaborate with support resources to resolve customer inquiries
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma / GED
Must be 18 years of age or older
1+ years of experience in a related environment such as call center or customer service
Familiarity with computers and the ability to navigate complex systems
Ability to work full-time, Monday – Friday between 8:00am – 5:00pm CST
