A company is looking for a Part-Time Collections Specialist.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound collection calls and respond to inbound calls from members
Assist members with payment issues and find solutions to create positive member experiences
Locate and contact delinquent members through various channels to solicit payments and educate about loan products
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required, Bachelor’s degree preferred
2-4 years of related experience in financial institutions
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with SQL and Tableau is a plus
Knowledge of FDCPA, FCRA, mortgage servicing operations, and consumer credit laws
Multi-state loan servicing experience preferred
