Key Responsibilities
Service new and existing client needs via inbound calls
Engage customers in investment recommendation conversations
Demonstrate knowledge of brokerage transactions and regulatory requirements
Required Qualifications and Education
Bachelor’s Degree required
2+ years of financial customer service experience
Knowledge of current financial markets and retirement account operations
FINRA Series 6 and Series 63 required
Proficiency in English and Spanish
