A company is looking for an Associate Coding Analyst who will be responsible for diagnostic coding related to Risk Adjustment and HCC Coding.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct detailed diagnostic coding associated with Risk Adjustment and HCC Coding
Research and resolve provider diagnostic coding issues and provide education on coding errors
Advise on the development of Health Plan Payment Rules related to risk adjustment
Required Qualifications
1+ years of experience in a healthcare provider organization or health insurance company
Experience in project completion and educational program development
Computer experience
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent education and experience
Relevant coding certifications such as CCS-P, CCS-H, CPC-P, or CPH-H preferred
