A company is looking for an Assistant Collections Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor, train, and develop collectors to maximize results
Hold collectors accountable to performance expectations and quality scores
Audit collection activities and partner with leadership to enhance strategies
Required Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of experience in collections or financial services
Minimum 3 years of experience in a consumer collection management role
Minimum 3 years of call center management experience
Knowledge of collection industry regulations
High School Diploma or GED Required
